Pouchka III
has jumped successfully in CSI and CSIO classes and has won and been placed notably at Aachen, Hickstead, RIHS, Rotterdam, Munich, Paris, Athens, Vienna, Juterborg, Tjele, the Norway and Hamburg Derby's. He has in 1992 and 93, jumped successfully in Grand Prix classes and Nations Cup competitions. His offspring are now jumping internationally.Pouchka did not stand at public stud until 1993 but of only a few horses of competing age which he sired in Australia as a youngster he has produced Marylou and Miss Ross, won and placed at international shows in Europe including Grand Prix; Local Boy, eventing with Ingrid Klimke; Robert Bruce, stallion jumping in Holland; Princess "trick" horse display at Olympia.
His sire Elf III by Ibrahim went to stud in 1975 and has produced many offspring who have been winners at CSO level. He was ranked top amongst the stallions who were at Stud in France in 1975, 1980 and 1981, ranked 4th in the list of sires of Young Competition horses in 1981.
The dam, Ariette also produced Jaguar Rouge - placed at CSO at 7 years old; Karolle - won £15,000 in Grand Prix in 1987; Moi - winner at CSO and CSE level and placed Grand Prix 1985.
