In 1979 as the first Zeus offspring were put under saddle, it became quite obvious that they could all jump. In 1981 as the first 5 year olds were shown in jumping, Zeus took over the lead in the FN Breeding Yearbook and has not been displaced since. Over DM 1.2 million winnings are listed under his name and his offspring continue to win. They include Playback (R Jenkins 1987 US show jumper with the highest winnings), Czar and Lonesome Dove (I Millar) and Midnight Madness (M Whitaker).
