44,000 euro for Warina at 2005 Verden November Auction 11-19-2005 3:22 pm

With a knock down price of 44,000 euro, the Weltruhm-daughter Warina was the top horse of the November-auction. 95 Hanoverian horses were sold at an average auction sales price of 12,543 euro. Following the fantastic Hanoverian Stallion Licensing Auction, the Hanoverian Society already assumed that the excellent results achieved at all auctions in 2004 would probably be bested this year, and it did.

The November Equitop auction of Hanoverian riding horses contributed considerably to the impressive final result. The export rate of 62 horses sold to 13 different countries was especially striking. Apart from customers from the United States who are always buying a lot of horses (16 at this auction), France was especially successfully. 15 horses will move to our French-speaking neighbouring country, among them the top horse Warina by Weltruhm/Latent, bred by Klaus Kubelke, Hittbergen, selling for 44,000 euro. The dark-brown dressage beauty will be trained at the famous Cadre Noir in Saumur.

With a sales price of 41,000, the dressage prospect Windelina by Westernhagen/Davignon, bred and exhibited by Axel Windeler, Verden-Walle, was the runner-up on the price scale. She will move to a well-known training stable in the North of Lower Saxony.

Graceland by Graf Top/Imperator, bred and exhibited by Wilfried Wilking, Stemwede, was the most expensive jumper. She was sold at 31,000 euro and will be trained and introduced into sport in Westphalia.

Exactly one year ago, the Royal Moroccan Army bought their first horses at a Verden auction, and they were extremely satisfied with them. This was obviously reason enough to purchase another four jumpers this time.
