Hap Hansen completed a brilliant week at the Memorial Day Classic at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center with an exciting third place finish in the $25,000 Memorial Day Classic Grand Prix on Monday. The USDA announced the Draft Strategic Plan for implementation of the NAIS (National Animal Identification System).The NAIS is a national program intended to identify specific animals (including horses) in the United States and record their movement over their life spans.
